½ lb. Ground Beef
¼ cup Mayonnaise
Garlic Salt
1 pkg. Manicotti Noodles
1 cup Cottage Cheese
16 oz. jar Spaghetti Sauce
14 oz. pkg. Shredded Mozzarella

Directions:
Directions:
Cook manicotti noodles. It helps to keep noodles on the slightly firm side so they are less likely to tear when stuffing. Once done, rinse noodles and set aside to cool slightly. Brown ground beef, seasoning to taste with garlic salt. Mix browned ground beef with cottage cheese, 2/3 of the package of mozzarella, and mayonnaise. Place mixture into a gallon size food storage bag and snip corner. Use this to pipe mixture into manicotti noodles. Line bottom of casserole dish with filled noodles. Cover with spaghetti sauce, remaining mozzarella cheese, and sprinkle top with oregano. Cover with foil and bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Uncover and bake an additional 15 minutes.
