1 lb. Ground Beef
1 tsp. Sugar
1 clove Garlic
1 can Kidney Beans
1 tsp. ground Ginger
1 Tbsp. Chili Powder
cup chopped Onion
Salt & Pepper to taste
1 can Tomato Sauce

Brown beef and onion; drain off fat. Add all other ingredients except beans. Simmer gently for one hour. Stir in beans and simmer for 15 minutes longer.
