2 lbs. Hamburger, browned & drained
2 tsp. Salt
Pepper, to taste
3 Tbsp. Chili Powder
2 medium Onions, chopped
2 cans Tomato Soup (undiluted)
3 cans (15 oz.) Red Kidney Beans (don’t drain)
2 cups Stewed Tomatoes (don’t drain)
1 cup Water
2 Tbsp. Vinegar

Directions:

Mix hamburger and remaining ingredients and bring to a boil- stirring occasionally. Simmer about 45 minutes. Top with shredded cheddar cheese and sour cream.
