8 cups of ground cooked Beets
3 ½ cups Vinegar
6 cups Sugar
1 ½ tsp. Allspice
Directions:
Directions:
Bring syrup of vinegar, sugar, and allspice to a boil and add beets. Boil for 10 minutes. Put into sterilized jars and seal.
