1/2 cup oil
1 cup brown sugar
1 tsp vanilla
2 eggs
1 cup apple sauce
1 1/2 cups flour
1/2 cup raisins, dates or nuts
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
Directions:
Directions:
Cream oil and sugar. Add beaten eggs, then add applesauce and vanilla. Mix flour, raisins, salt, baking powder and soda together. Combine with the creamed mixture and put into greased muffin tins. Bake for 20 minutes at 350. Makes 12 muffins.
