3 cups cut up cooked turkey (can also use chicken)
2 cups cooked rice
2/3 cup blanched whole almonds
1/3 cup chopped green pepper
1/3 cup chopped onion
1 8 oz can sliced water chestnuts
4 1/2 oz mushrooms - can used canned or fresh

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients and put in ungreased 12x7, 1/2x2 inch pan.
Make White Sauce and pour over.
White Sauce:
2 cups milk,
1 cup chicken broth,
1/2 cup flour,
1/2 cup butter,
1/2 teaspoon salt,
1/4 teaspoon pepper.
Heat to boiling stirring constantly. Boil 1 minute, pour over turkey and sprinkle with paprika. Bake uncovered 35 to 40 minutes at 350 degrees
