1 cup chopped raisins
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup water
1 tbsp flour
1 cup sugar
1/2 cup butter
1 egg
1/2 cup cream
2 tsp cream of tartar
1 tsp vanilla
3 1/2 cup flour

Directions:
Directions:
Boil the raisins, 1/2 cup sugar, water, and flour
together until thick (watch closely--it burns easily)
While cooking - mix dough together. Roll thin and cut out with cookie cutter. Put 1 tsp of raisin mixture on half of each. Fold over and mark edge together with a fork. Bake until lightly browned.
