2 3/4 cups cake flour or 2 1/4 regular flour
1 1/3 cups sugar
2 1/2 tsp baking powder
1/2 cup shortening
1/2 cup sour cream
1/2-3/4 cup milk
3/4 cup eggs
1 tsp vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Cream shortening and sugar. Add eggs and vanilla. Mix all dry ingredients in bowl. Alternate adding to the creamed mixture with the milk. Fold in sour cream.

Bake at 350º 35-45 minutes or until done.
