1 POUND MEDIUM NOODLES
8 EGGS
2 LARGE ONIONS
1 TEASPOON SALT
1/2 CUP SUGAR
6 TABLESPOONS VEGETABLE OIL
3/4 PINT OF SOUR CREAM

Directions:
Brown chopped onions in oil.

Boil noodles and strain.

Mix noodles, eggs, onions, salt, oil and sour cream together.

Grease pan with oil or Pam spray. Sprinkle top of casserole with oil. Bake at 350º for 1 hour, 15 minutes.

If you are planning to freeze the kugel, bake for 1 hour first before freezing. After thawing, bake for 30 minutes. I substitute frozen chopped onions for fresh onions.
