5-6 medium russet potatoes

1/2 teaspoon paprika

1/2 teaspoon onion powder

1 teaspoon season salt

2 teaspoons dried chives (optional)

1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese

1/3 cup Ranch dressing
Directions:
Directions:
Wash potatoes, cut in half lengthwise and cut into 1/4 inch slices.

Combine all spices into a small dish and mix.

Add potatoes to an oven proof dish and generously coat potatoes with cooking spray, mix in spice mixture evenly.

Cook potatoes in oven for 1 hour on 400º, or in the microwave on high for 14-20 minutes until ALMOST cooked through and soft.

Stir in cheese and ranch.

Cook in oven until cheese is melted 10-15 minutes.

Garnish with attitional chives if using.
