1 1/2 lbs. pork roast cooked and cubed
4 chicken bouillon cubes
2 tbsp. flour
1 large can tomatoes crushed or diced
4 cans green chiles 1 large onion diced
1 clove garlic minced

Directions:
Directions:
Mix bouillon cubes with boiling water to dissolve (4 cups). Mix all ingredients except flour and simmer for 1 hour. Mix flour with 1/2 cup cold water and slowly stir into mixture. Simmer until thickened and serve
