One dozen eggs
1/2 c. water
Salt and pepper to taste
Cabbage
Onions
Butter

Directions:
Directions:
Add flour to beaten eggs until mixture is a little heavier than pudding. Salt and pepper to taste.
Drop by spoonful in boiling water. Dumplings are done when they float. Gently rinse dumplings.
Cut up cabbage and onions, fry in butter. (I use 2 pkgs. of shredded cabbage.) Use as much onion as you like. Mix dumplings, cabbage and onions together in a large roaster with butter.

This is a Polish dish that I make all the time and the kids really like it. The recipe makes a large batch.
