6-7 POUNDS BONE IN BREASTS AND LEGS
PARSLEY ROOT
LARGE YELLOW ONION
LEAK (1)
CARROTS (4)
PARSLEY
PARSNIPS (4)
CELERY (4)
SWEET POTATO (CUT IN HALF)
FRESH DILL
INSTANT CHICKEN BULLION - 2 TABLESPOONS
1 TEASPOON SUGAR
SALT TO TASTE

Directions:
Directions:
Bring 12 cups of water with chicken breasts to a boil. Skim off excess scum with a spoon and discard.

Throw in remaining ingredients and cover. Low boil for 1 1/2 hours.

Let cool for 1/2 hour and strain soup.

Soup can be frozen and gets better with age. Don't serve the same day that you make it.
