2 lbs. ground round or chuck
6 cloves garlic, chopped fine
1 c. bread crumbs
1 c. grated Romano cheese
4 eggs
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. black pepper
1 tsp. ground fennel (if whole, grind in blender)
3 T. chopped basil
8 oz. glass warm water

Directions:
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients together (except water). Add water (a little at a time) until meat mixture is the consistency to form meatballs.

2. Place on rimmed baking sheet.

3. Bake at 450º until brown.
