2 lbs of Ground Lamb
1/4 c of Italian Parsley
The whole zest of a lemon
1 1/2 tsp. of minced Garlic
1/4 c of Panko bread crumbs
2 Pinches of Salt
Fresh ground Black Pepper
1/4 of freshly grated gorganzola cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Mix the ground lamb with the chopped parsley the zest of a lemon season with salt and pepper. Add panko bread crumbs and the grated gorganzola and mix thoroughly. Form the ground into a rectangular shape ( should look like bread loaf) into a greased roasting pan. Cook at 375 degrees.
