Combine in large bowl:
6 cups flour 12 cups flour
1 tbsp. salt 2 tbsp. salt
1 tbsp. baking powder 1/4 c baking powder
6 tbsp. sugar 3/4 c. sugar
2 cups powdered milk 4 c. powdered milk
Directions:

Mix well and store in airtight container on cupboard shelf.
To use:
Combine in a bowl:
1 egg (beaten with fork)
1 c. water
2 tbsp. melted fat or oil
1 1/2 c. pancake mix
Fry on hot griddle.
Serves 3-4
