8 qt box of instant milk (approx 10 2/3 cup)
1/2 can chocolate Quik (16 oz)
1 cup powdered sugar
7 oz jar of cremora or pream
Directions:

Mix all ingredients together.
Use 1/4 - 1/3 cup of mix for 1 cup hot cocoa.
This is a very old recipe -for a richer chocolate taste I use Ghirardelli unsweetened cocoa.
Today we have many more powdered creams to
choose from, some flavored like vanilla etc.
