1 cup chopped pecans
1 cup flour
1/2 cup butter
8 oz pkg cream cheese
1 cup icing sugar
1 tub cool whip (large size)
1 tub cool whip (small size)
1 pkg instant chocolate pudding
1 pkg instant vanilla pudding
3 cups milk
Jersey milk chocolate bar

Layer 1
Mix together pecans, flour and butter. Press into 9x13 pan. Bake 20 min. @ 350º.
Layer 2
Mix together well the cream cheese and icing sugar. Blend in 1 tub Cool Whip. Spread over cool base.
Layer 3
Beat well both puddings with the milk.
Spread over layers 1 & 2.
Top with small tub Cool Whip. Shave Jersey Milk chocolate bar over top.
Keep in fridge several hours before serving.

This is a dessert the Beers family enjoys at many family get togethers. It's always a fit. This Easter I decided to make it with "light" ingredients and it still tasted wonderful. Enjoy!!
