1 pkg. German Chocolate Cake Mix
1 egg
3/4 c. butter
1/4 c. canned milk
40 caramels
1 bag chocolate chips
Directions:
Directions:
Blend cake mix, egg, and 1/2 c. butter. Spread HALF on bottom of pan. Bake 10 minutes at 350º. Let cool. Microwave 1/4 c. butter, canned milk, and caramels on high for 2 minutes. Stir. Microwave 2 more minutes. Stir until smooth. Spread on baked portion of cake. Sprinkle chocolate chips over caramel mix (use as much as desired). Crumble the rest of the cake mix on top of baked portion. Bake 10 more minutes. Cool and serve.
