2 Tbsp. butter; 1 tsp. ground cumin; 1/8 tsp. ground red pepper; 2 cups whole cashews; 1-5 oz. package corn nuts; 2 cups Craisins.

Directions:
Directions:
Melt butter in 10" skillet until sizzling; add cumin and red pepper; add cashews and corn nuts. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until brown (1-2 minutes). Remove from heat.

Place cashew mixture in medium bowl and add Craisins; toss lightly to coat. Store in tightly covered container.
