Cake:
1 box yellow cake mix (any brand)
1 sm box jello instant vanilla pudding
1 c. vegetable oil
8oz. container of sour cream
6oz. chocolate chips (semi-sweet)
1 pkg german chocolate (grated)
4 eggs

Frosting:
1 stick of butter (softened)
16oz of confectioners sugar (sifted)
1 tsp. vanilla flavoring
8oz pkg cream cheese (softened)
1c. crushed pecans

Directions:
Cake: Grease and flour a bundt pan, and preheat oven to 350º. Mix all ingredients together, until combined well. Pour into bundt pan and shake to settle batter evenly.

Frosting: Combine all ingredients and spread on semi-cooled cake.

I used Ghirardelli chocolate chips, otherwise followed Grandma's recipe to a "T" and the cake took me back in time. Enjoy!!
