2 angel hair pasta nests 1 c. rice 1 14-oz. can chicken broth, plus 2 tbsp. water 2 tbsps. butter 1/2 c. chopped green onions 1/2 c. mushrooms
Heat butter in saucepan and add crumbled angel hair pasta nests and brown. Add chicken broth and approximately two ounces water. Add rice and bring to boil. Reduce heat and simmer for 20 minutes. Add green onions and mushrooms and cook approximately five minutes more.
