3 lbs. cut up chicken
1 egg
1/2 cup milk
1 cup flour
1 tsp. pepper
2 tsp. garlic salt
2 tsp. Accent
1 tsp. paprika
1/4 tsp. poultry seasoning
Directions:
Directions:
Mix together egg and milk. Mix together dried ingredients. Wash and dry chicken. Dip into flour mix, then egg mix, then again in flour mix. Heat one inch of oil in electric skillet at 365º. Cook 20 minutes on each side or until done. Very good.
