Ingredients:  
Ingredients:  
2 lbs. ground beef or ground pork,
1 medium diced onion, 1/2 tsp. salt,
1 15oz. can black beans, rinse and drain,
1 - 2 Tbsp. chili powder,
2 tsp. ground cumin,
4 7 inch flour tortillas,
2 cups grated sharp cheese,
1 regular can cream of mushroom soup,
1 10oz. can of rotell tomatoes and green chilies (do not drain)

Directions:

1. Cook meat until done. Drain well.
2. Add beans, chili powder, cumin and salt.
3. Transfer to a greased 13 x 9 pan.
4. Arrange tortillas over the top.
5. Combine undiluted soup and tomatoes, pour over the tortillas.
6. Sprinkle cheese over tortillas.
7 Bake uncovered at 350º for 25 - 30 minutes.
