Ingredients:
Ingredients:
2 cups brown sugar
1 cup white sugar
1 1/2 cups rich top milk (half and half)
1 tsp honey or corn syrup to prevent sugaring
1 tsp vanilla
chopped nuts

Directions:
Directions:
Mix. Boil stirring constantly to a firm soft ball stage. (That means if you put teaspoonful into a small bowlful of cold water, you can work it with your fingers into a soft ball. Before that stage, the candy mixture will just spread out in the water, and then gradually set up into a little harder ball as it cooks Be sure to test it frequently, because you get to eat the test ball!) Pour into a buttered 10" X 13" pan. Let it set untouched until the bottom of the pan is cool. Beat the candy with a spatula, folding it over and over until it becomes firm. Stir in nuts. Butter fingers and knead several times. Roll into several rolls and wrap in waxed paper .
