Ingredients:
Ingredients:
2 cups sugar
1 rounded Tbsp cocoa
1 cup cream
1 scant tsp honey or corn syrup (to prevent sugaring)
1/2 tsp vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Mix sugar and cocoa. Add cream and syrup. Bring to a "firm soft ball" stage, stirring constantly. Pour into a buttered 10" X 13" pan. Cool till the bottom of the pan is warm to the touch. Don't touch the pan till the mixture is quite cool or it will turn to sugar. Beat the fudge with a spatula, folding it over and over until it begins to firm up. Butter fingers and knead the fudge several times. Form into several small rolls. Wrap in wax paper. Store where it is cool. Can store for some time (if you can keep people out of it!)
