3 Tbsp. Chunky peanut butter
1/4 cup soy sauce
3 Tbsp. vinegar
1 Tbsp. sugar
2 tsp. fresh lime juice
1 chili pepper, mashed
1 clove garlic, finely minced

Directions:

Combine all ingredients in microwave-safe bowl. Heat on High for 30 seconds and stir to blend.
Note: This may be made ahead. Cover and refrigerate. Reheat before serving
