9 inch pie crust
¾ pounds cheddar cheese
3 eggs
¾ cups milk
3 to 4 slices bacon

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Fry bacon until crispy then crumble. Shred cheddar cheese. Beat the eggs. In a bowl, combine cheese, eggs and milk. Line pie pan with pie crust. Pour cheese, egg and milk mixture into pie crust. Sprinkle bacon on top. Bake for 20 minutes. Lower heat to 375 degrees and bake for 30 minutes more or until brown.

This is my favorite recipe because it tastes like cheese. It's served at breakfast, dinner or sometimes lunch. The recipe came from my grandmother's neighbor. I can't wait to have it again!
