1-cup sugar
1/2 cup ( 1 stick) margarine, melted
pinch of salt
2-eggs, beaten
1-tablespoon vinegar
1/2 cup flaked coconut
1/2 cup chopped walnuts..be sure and use walnuts, not pecans...
1/2 cup raisins
1-9-inch unbaked pie shell

Preheat the oven to 325º. In a large bowl mix the sugar, margarine, salt, eggs, vinegar, coconut, walnut & raisins. Pour the filling into the pie shell. Bake about 25 to 30 minutes until the shell browns. Top with non-dairy whipped topping & serve..
