4-large chicken breast
1-8 ounce pkg. cornmeal
1-8 ounce pkg. pepperidge farm stuffing
1/2 cup (1 stick) butter or margarine, melted
1 10 3/4 ounce can cream of chicken soup
1 10 3/4 ounce can cream of mushroom soup

Directions:
Directions:
In a large pot of boiling water stew the chicken ( do not salt) until done. Pick the chicken off the bones. Cut the chicken into cubes & set aside. Save the broth. In a medium bowl stir the butter into the stuffing. In a greased 1 1/2-quart casserole dish, place a layer of dressing crumbs, a layer of chicken, then a layer of mushroom soup( diluted with a can of broth), again a layer of crumbs, a layer of chicken, and a layer of chicken soup ( diluted with a can of water) top with the remaining crumbs and bake at 350º for 45 minutes to 1 hour or until brown. Use no salt at all....Serves 4
