5+ cups Hungry Jack potato flakes
1 tsp. salt
1 cup cold evaporated milk
1/4 cup sugar
10-oz. cold 7-Up
1/2 cup vegetable oil
2 1/4 cups cold water
2 cups flour

Directions:
Directions:
Spoon together dry ingredients. Add liquids together and stir. Spoon in dry ingredients until crumbly and then mix with hands. Make into golf ball size balls, let set 10 minutes. Make lefse into 10 sheets. Makes about 32 balls.
