7-8 whole chicken breasts, baked (or 4 large cans)
3 cups mayo
2 T. soy sauce
2 T. Lemon juice
1/2 cup chopped celery
1 - 2 cups grapes, halved
1 - 8 oz. can pineapple chucks, drained, optional
3 oz. sliced almonds, toasted
1 T. curry
Water chestnuts, chopped

Directions:

Cube chicken or chop canned chicken. Mix remaining ingredients then add chicken. Serve on lettuce leaf or as a sandwich.
