3 egg whites
6 T. Sugar
1/4 tsp. cream of tarter
2 heaping tsp. corn starch

Directions:
Directions:
Can't have any yolk, get out with a piece of bread if you drop some. Beat until frothy, add cream of tarter and corn starch. Beat until soft peaks form. Keep beating while adding sugar 1 T. at a time. Beat until stiff peaks form.
