4 cups Great Northern Beans
8 cups hot water (not soaking water)
1/2 lb salt pork, cut in 1/2 inch strips
2 tsp. salt
1/3 cup molasses
1/2 cup brown sugar
2 tsp. dry mustard
1 large onion

Directions:
Directions:
Soak beans overnight. Drain. Add all ingredients except hot water. Pour in hot water to cover beans (might be less than 8 cups). Put in 350 degree oven for 1 hour covered. Then turn down to 275, uncover and bake for 4 to 5 hours until done. If beans aren't brown enough at the end of time, turn up heat a little bit.
