3/4 lb. Ground Beef
1 C. Shredded Cheddar Cheese
1 tube refrigerated ready to bake biscuits
1/2 bottle of BBQ sauce
1/2 bag of frozen Mexican mix (corn and beans)

Directions:
Directions:
Brown hamburger. Drain off excess grease. Add mexican mix and BBQ sauce and heat.
Open biscuit package. Gently stretch the biscuit dough and line an unprepared muffin tin with the dough. Fill the "dough cups" with the bbq meat mix. Top with cheddar cheese. Bake according to directions on the biscuit tube.
