2 cans onion soup
2 cans cream of mushroom soup
1 lb sliced fresh mushrooms
Mix together & pour over meat

1 1/2-2 lbs beef cut in chunks(chuck roast, london broil)
1 8oz. sour cream

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven 250 degrees
Place all ingredients except sour cream in a 4qt casserole dish
Mix slightly, cover.....bake all day or at least 6 hours
15 min. before serving add sour cream and mix well.
Serve over rice or noodles
Will work even if meat is frozen.
