2 tbsp fresh shredded orange or lemon peel
1 large clove garlic, peeled and minced
1/2 cup finely snipped parsley

Combine all ingredients; toss to mix well. Cover and chill. Sprinkle a small amount on hot meat or vegetable dish as desired. Makes 1/2 cup.
