Ingredients:  
2 cups each of: fresh blueberries, raspberries, peach slices. cherries (pitted), 1 cup sugar. 2 1/4 cups of spice rum.

Directions:
Layer fruit in 4 (1 pint) widemouthed jars. Pour 1/4 cup sugar into each jar. Add enough rum to completely cover fruit, Cover jars with plastic wrap; pierce wrap to allow air to escape (do not seal jars). Store in refrigerator up to 4 months. Serve over pound cake or ice cream.
