Drain an (20 oz) Pineapple slices, reserve 1/4 cup of juice. Press 1/2 pkg (20 oz) prepared refrigerated sugar cookie dough onto bottom of ungreased 12-inch pizza pan or cookie sheet. Bake at 350º 12-15 minutes or until light brown. Cool completely. Beat 8 oz cream cheese with 1/4 cup sugar, 1tsp vanilla, and reserved juice.Spread over crust. Arrange pineapple slices and fresh fruit over top,
