1 recipe of miniature cream puffs
3 cans (4 1/2 oz) deviled ham
1 tbsp. horseradish
3/4 tsp. onion salt
3/4 tsp. pepper
1/3 cup sour cream

Directions:
Directions:
Prepare cream puffs. When ready to serve, cut off tops with sharp knife; remove filaments of soft dough. Blend deviled ham with remaining ingredients.

Miniature Cream Puffs: 1 cup water, 1/2 cup butter, 1 cup flour, 4 eggs.
Heat oven to 400ºF. Heat water and butter to boiling in sausepan. Stir in flour. Stir vigorously over low heat until mixture forms a ball (about 1 minute). Remove from heat. Beat eggs in thoroughly one at a time. Beat until smooth. Drop dough by slightly rounded teaspoons onto greased baking sheet. Bake at 400ºF for 25 minutes or until puffed and golden brown. Remove and cool.
