1 lb. chicken breast or turkey breast
1/2 c. each: sliced carrots and celery
3 (14oz) cans chicken or turkey broth
2 (16oz) cans navy beans, do not drain
1 (4oz) can green chilies, drained, chopped
1/2 T each:cumin,oregano, and black pepper
1/2 c fat free sour cream
1 1/2 cups low fat Monterey Jack Cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Simmer turkey/chicken,carrots, celery in broth about 10" until meat is no longer pink and veggies are tender. Drain all but 1 cup of liquid from the turkey. Add beans, chilies, spices. Simmer for 10". Top with cheese and sour cream. Serve immediately with crackers or corn chips
