2 T kosher or coarse salt
2 tsp coarse black pepper (use fresh cracked pepper)
2 tsp paprika
1 tsp cayenne pepper
1 tsp oregano leaves (dried)
1/2 tsp ground cumin
1 tsp granulated garlic

mix ingredients in a bowl, apply rub 2-3 hours before cooking or overnight.
