Ingredients:
Ingredients:
You will need:
4 oz of plain flour
2 eggs
A big pinch of salt
7 oz of milk
3 fl oz of water
2 oz of butter
Strawberries
Blueberries
Raspberries
Maple syrup

Directions:
Directions:
1. Sift the flour and salt into a mixing bowl. Then make a well in the center of the flour.
2. Break the eggs into the well. Whisk the eggs and flour together. Next mix together the water and milk in a separate bowl or jug.
3. Add the liquid to the flour a little at a time, whisking to make a smooth batter. Melt 2 tbsp of the butter and stir it into the batter. Sieve if lumpy.
4. Melt butter in a small frying pan—use just enough to coat the bottom of the pan.
5. Add the batter. You’ll need about 2 tbsp for each crepe. Tilt the pan so the batter covers the base.
6. Cook the crepe for about 1 minute. Use a spatula to loosen it and flip it over. Cook the second side for 30 seconds.
7. Fill the crepe with fresh fruit and plenty of maple syrup.

Now for the ultimate birthday treat: CREPES! I LOVE it as a birthday treat. It takes 5 minutes and is utterly delicious. You can put it with berries and it's amazing what'll happen! I like to pour maple syrup in a pool. Then I wrap it up to make a taco. It's amazing!
