2 tbsp vegetable or canola oil
2 tbsp flour
2 c. milk
2 c. grated cheese (prefferably cheddar)
salt, pepper, and garlic powder

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oil and flour in a saucepan until bubbly. Remove from heat. Slowly stir in milk using a wire whisk. Add salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Mix until smooth. Place back on stove at medium heat, stirring constantly until thickened and boiling. Add grated cheese and mix until melted.

I usually add it to cooked macaroni noodles to make home-made mac 'n cheese, but you can also pour it on cooked vegetables.
