2 Medium heads of Cabbage
1big onion or 2 medium
1 carrot peeled
1 cup sugar
These items should be grated in food processor on grater.
Set aside

In saucepan, boil:
2 Tablespoons sugar
1 teaspoon dry mustard
1 teaspoon celery seed
2/3 cup oil (canola oil or olive oil)
1 cup white vinegar
Stir, bring to boil. Pour over cabbage while hot. Set in Refrigerator for four hours.

Will keep two weeks.
