3 BOXES MRS. CUBBISONS STUFFING MIX
2 STALKS CELERY CHOPPED
1 ONION CHOPPED
6 EGGS (FOR 3 BOXES)
1 CUBE BUTTER MELTED
1 SCANT TSP. SAGE
1 SCANT TSP. POULTRY SEASONING
SALT & PEPPER

BOIL TURKEY NECK COVERED WITH WATER WITH 1 ONION AND 2 STALKS CELERY, SALT AND PEPPER. COVER AND SIMMER FOR ABOUT 4 HOURS. YOU SHOULD HAVE ABOUT 1 PINT OF BROTH WHEN DONE. PULL ALL GOOD MEAT OFF NECK AND MIX IN THE MRS. CUBBISON'S STUFFING MIX ACCORDING TO PACKAGE DIRECTIONS BUT ADD 2 STALKS OF CELERY, CHOPPED. ADD REMAINING INGREDIENTS. STUFF TURKEY AFTER CLEANING INSIDE OF TURKEY AND SALT AND PEPPER THE TURKEY. PUT REMAINING STUFFING IN CASSEROLE DISH. BAKE AT 450 FOR ABOUT AN HOUR, THEN TURN DOWN THE TEMPERATURE.
