2lbs Ground Beef
3 cans Campbell's Nacho Cheese Soup
2 cans Campbell's Cheddar Cheese Soup
3 Cups milk
1 pkg (16oz) Shredded Colby-Jack Cheese
Salt & Pepper
Garnishes:
Sour cream
Diced green onions, sliced black olives, and Colby-Jack cheese
Serve with:
Tortilla chips (Tostitos scoops work best)

Brown ground beef in a large dutch oven until brown. Drain and season with salt and pepper to taste.

Add all 5 cans of soup to ground beef, gradually stir in milk until smooth. Add more milk if mixture is too thick.

Simmer for 15 minutes on medium.Stirring occasionally Reduce heat to medium- low and add 3 cups of the Colby-Jack cheese 1 cup at a time, slowly incorporating it into the mixture until melted.

Once all cheese has melted and is incorporated ladle into serving bowls or you may transfer to a slow cooker on low.

Garnish with a dollop of sour cream, sliced green onions, sliced black olives, and a sprinkle of cheese.

Serve with tortilla chips

Add milk until the mixture reaches the consistency of a thick soup or stew, but not overly thick. The goal is to make sure the dip adheres to the tortilla chip.
