1 tube (8 ounces) refrigerated cookie dough
1 pkg. (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened
1/3 cup sugar
assorted fruits cut up: strawberries, blueberries, kiwi, bananas, mandarin oranges, etc.
Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º. Roll out cookie dough on cookie sheet or stone. and bake for 10-15 min. until light brown. Remove from the oven and let cool. Combine cream cheese and sugar, mixing until well blended. Spread over cooled crust.Cut into wedges or squares before adding fruit. Top with assortment of fruit. Chill.
