1 can(16oz) Whole Mild Green Chilies, rinsed and drained.
4oz each of Cheddar & Jack Cheese , shredded(1Cup each)
2Tbls flour
1 can(12oz)evap milk
6 large eggs
1/2 tsp each gr.cumin,garlic powder
pinch of salt & pepper. 1/4 tsp cayenne maybe added.

Heat oven to 350º
Lightly grease a shallow 2qt baking dish.
halve chilies: pat dry . cover bottom of baking dish with half of the chilies: sprinkle with half of the cheese, repeat with the other halves.
In bowl whisk flour with 1/4C evaporatrd milk till well blended.now whisk in remaining ingred. till smooth.
Pour over chilies & cheese
Bake 30to 35 min. or till knife comes out clean.
