1 lb chipped steak cut into 3 in squares
5 slices white bread made into crumbs (grater/food processor)
salt
pepper
parsley
garlic
grated locatelli cheese
butter

Directions:
Directions:
Lay meat out on flat surface (countertop)
In production fashion, spread each piece of meat with small amount of butter, dash of each seasoning, cheese and bread crumbs.
Roll meat pieces into little rolls
Thread onto skewers
Broil or BBQ 5 minutes on each side
